Hi-Fill Engineers & Fabricators is one of the bottle filling machine manufacturers in Delhi. The machine on our catalog is the rotary rinsing-filling-capping unit: one block that rinses, fills, and caps PET, glass, and HDPE bottles.
It fills water, juice, and carbonated soft drinks from 200 ml to 2 litres at 40 to 200 bottles per minute. Filling heads run from 8 to 24. Capping heads run from 1 to 8, for plastic screw caps or crown caps. The frame is SS 304 or SS 316, with PLC and HMI control. A separate gravity filler is used when the liquid is still and the line does not need a rotary block. Oil, soda, and cold-drink fillers are built to the same bottle range.

Bottles enter the rinsing station. More than one rinse cycle can be set before the bottle reaches the filling valves.
Eight to twenty-four heads fill 200 ml to 2 litre bottles. Output is 40 to 200 bottles per minute, depending on the model and the bottle.
One to eight capping heads close plastic screw caps or crown caps. The bottle then leaves on the conveyor.
