Hi-Fill Engineers & Fabricators is among the water bottling plants manufacturers in Delhi. The packaged drinking water line is a stainless plant with a control panel, rinsing, filling, and capping, and installation from our Khyala works.
A listed water monoblock uses 6 rinsing heads, 6 filling heads, and 3 capping heads for PET bottles from 200 ml to 1 litre, at about 24 bottles per minute. Larger rotary RFC lines run from 40 to 200 bottles per minute, with filling up to 2 litres. Purification on a listed plant is about 2,000 litres per hour, with a 2,000 litre chiller where the water needs to be cooled. Feed water can be borewell or river water once it has passed the R.O. plant.

Borewell or river water is treated on the R.O. plant, held in SS storage tanks, and chilled when the listed 2,000 litre chiller is part of the order.
PET bottles are rinsed, filled, and capped. The 6 / 6 / 3 head monoblock covers about 24 BPM up to 1 litre. Faster lines use the rotary RFC at 40 to 200 BPM.
An air conveyor brings empty PET bottles in. Slat or bottle conveyors take filled bottles to labeling or shrink wrapping.
