Hi-Fill Engineers & Fabricators is among the jar conveyor manufacturers in Delhi. A jar is wider and heavier than a PET bottle, so this conveyor uses a wider slat than the bottle line, with side guides set to the jar body.
It is built in the same conveyor shop as the slat conveyor and the bottle conveyor. Empty PET bottles, by contrast, travel on the air conveyor, which is a neck guide and blower, not a jar carrier. Filled jars stay on the slat.

Built to the jar size
Jars come off the filler or capper onto a short transfer. Guides open to the body of the jar so the shoulder does not catch.
The slat chain takes the filled weight. Speed is set on the VFD so the pack-off table is not flooded.
Bends and a collection end take jars to labeling, shrink packing, or hand cartons.
