Empty PET bottles can also move on the air conveyor: a neck guide, 5 to 50 feet long, with a high-pressure blower and HEPA filter, rated for a 400 bottles-per-minute line and a 1.5 kW drive. SS 304 builds
Straight-running slat width follows the container base. A bottle and a jar do not share one width.
Straight sections and bends join the filler, buffer table, labeler, and packer. The frame is SS 304 where the floor is washed.
The VFD holds the speed of the filler. Guides keep containers upright on the slat.
