Bottles are loaded and passed through a rotary rinser. They are inverted and thoroughly rinsed with filtered water or sanitizing solution using high-pressure nozzles, ensuring optimal internal cleanliness for beverage safety.
The clean bottles then move to the filling station. Using a gravity-fed or low-pressure filling system, the machine precisely fills each bottle to the predetermined level, minimizing spillage and ensuring consistent volume.
In the final stage, caps are sorted and oriented via a vibratory bowl feeder. The capping head applies and seals the caps with calibrated torque, ensuring a tight, leak-proof seal for product freshness and integrity.
