Caps are loaded into a vibratory bowl feeder or elevator system, which orients and sorts them correctly before delivering them to the capping head, ensuring a smooth and continuous supply.
Filled bottles are conveyed to the capping station and precisely positioned under the capping head using a star wheel or bottle indexing system to ensure accurate cap placement.
The capping head picks up the oriented cap and applies it to the bottle with calibrated torque. The machine ensures a tight, leak-proof seal, maintaining product integrity and freshness.
