Bottles are fed onto the conveyor and separated using a star wheel or infeed screw. This ensures consistent spacing and orientation for accurate labeling.
The BOPP label roll is fed into the machine, where a rotating blade precisely cuts the label to length. Hot melt glue is then applied to one edge of the cut label.
The cut and glued label is transferred onto a vacuum drum. As the bottle passes the labeling station, the label is wrapped around the container by a synchronized belt or rollers.
The labeled bottle is discharged from the machine onto the next stage of the production line. Sensors and alarms automatically detect missing labels or jams to ensure quality.
