Bottles are fed into the rotary turntable, where they are inverted and rinsed internally with high-pressure water or sanitizing solution. The rotary design ensures continuous, high-speed operation and thorough cleaning.
Following rinsing, bottles move to the rotary filling station. Utilizing a precise volumetric or flow-meter filling system, each bottle is filled to the exact level at high speed, minimizing foam and spillage.
In the final rotary stage, caps are sorted and applied. The capping heads provide consistent torque, securely sealing each bottle to maintain product integrity and freshness.
