Bottles are fed into the machine via a conveyor system. They are oriented and separated using a starwheel mechanism, ensuring they are correctly positioned for the rinsing process.
The machine uses specially designed nozzles to direct a high-pressure jet of rinsing media (usually water or air) into the bottle interior, while external spray nozzles clean the exterior. This ensures complete removal of dust and contaminants.
After rinsing, the bottles are inverted briefly to allow all residual rinsing fluid to drain out completely. They are then uprighted and discharged onto the outfeed conveyor, ready for the filling line.
