PET preforms are loaded into the machine's hopper and transported through an infrared heating oven. The preforms are heated to the optimal temperature for blow molding, with precise temperature control ensuring consistent material properties.
The heated preforms are transferred into the blow mold. A stretch rod elongates the preform vertically, while high-pressure compressed air is injected to expand it against the mold walls, taking the shape of the final bottle.
The newly formed bottle is cooled within the mold to set its shape and dimensions. The mold opens, and the finished bottle is ejected onto a conveyor system, ready for the next stage of the bottling line.
