Primary liquid (like water or juice concentrate) and dry ingredients (sugars, flavors, or stabilizers) are loaded into the intermix tank. The machine's powerful impeller begins gentle agitation to incorporate all components into a preliminary slurry.
The mixer increases to high speed, creating intense shear forces. The counter-rotating blades and specialized baffles within the tank ensure that all ingredients are thoroughly broken down and uniformly dispersed, resulting in a stable, homogenous liquid mixture essential for consistent product quality.
Optional vacuum deaeration removes unwanted dissolved air from the mixture, extending shelf life and improving appearance. The finished, perfectly mixed liquid is then pumped out through a discharge valve to the downstream filling or storage station.
