Bottles are fed onto the rotary rinser via a synchronized infeed conveyor. A starwheel mechanism gently guides and loads each bottle into the machine's rotating carousel holders, ensuring smooth, continuous operation without stops.
As the carousel rotates, bottles are inverted and pass over a series of specially positioned nozzles. High-pressure rinsing media (treated water, air, or sanitizing solution) is injected internally, while external sprays clean the container's exterior. The rotary action allows for multiple, sequential rinsing stages within a compact footprint.
After the rinsing cycle, bottles are re-inverted to drain completely. They are then gently guided out of the carousel by an outfeed starwheel and placed onto the discharge conveyor, perfectly synchronized for the next filling or capping operation.
