Liquids, syrups, or food products are loaded into the tank. Steam (or other thermal media) is introduced into the outer jacket, transferring heat evenly to the contents. The insulation minimizes heat loss, ensuring efficient operation.
Integrated temperature sensors (PT100/RTD) monitor the product temperature, interfacing with a PLC or temperature controller. For applications requiring mixing, an optional agitator (anchor/paddle/scraper) ensures uniform heating and prevents scorching.
Once the product reaches the desired temperature, it can be held for a specified time for pasteurization or reaction. The heated product is then discharged through a sanitary valve, ready for the next process stage (filling, bottling, or storage).
