Empty bottles are fed onto the conveyor system and are precisely positioned under the filling nozzles using a bottle indexing or star wheel mechanism, ensuring accurate alignment for filling.
The filling process uses the natural force of gravity. Liquid flows from an overhead tank through a system of valves and nozzles into the bottles. The flow stops automatically when the pre-set fill level is reached, making it ideal for non-carbonated, free-flowing liquids.
Once the filling cycle is complete, the nozzles seal shut to prevent dripping. The filled bottles are then smoothly conveyed to the next stage for capping, labeling, or packaging.
